Welcome to Edenk Mallorca.
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and rental of our e-bikes through our website edenkmallorca.es.
By making a booking, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Trade data

Booking and payment

  1. Reservations are made through our online form.
  2. Payment is made through Banco Sabadell’s secure virtual POS terminal (Redsys), in compliance with PSD2 and cardholder authentication.
  3. The total amount will be displayed before confirming the booking.
  4. The booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations and refunds

  1. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the pick-up time.
  2. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, 100% of the amount will be refunded.
  3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
  4. If you do not show up, it will be considered a no-show and the amount will not be refunded.

Using the e-bike

  1. The customer undertakes to use the e-bike responsibly and in compliance with traffic regulations.
  2. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the hire period.
  3. The e-bikes are delivered in perfect condition and with a fully charged battery.

Data protection

Your personal data is used solely for the purpose of managing your booking and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from the rental shall be governed by Spanish law and the competent courts shall be those of Mallorca, Spain.

Acceptance of terms

By confirming the booking, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
