A 07015 Palma Illes Balears<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Correo electr\u00f3nico:<\/strong> edenkmallorca@gmail.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking and payment<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reservations are made through our online form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment is made through <strong>Banco Sabadell&#8217;s secure virtual POS terminal (Redsys)<\/strong>, in compliance with PSD2 and cardholder authentication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The total amount will be displayed <strong>before confirming the booking.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The booking is only confirmed <strong>once payment has been received.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellations and refunds<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations must be requested <strong>at least 24 hours before<\/strong> the pick-up time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, <strong>100% of the amount<\/strong> will be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not show up, it will be considered a <strong>no-show<\/strong> and the amount will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Using the e-bike<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer undertakes to use the e-bike responsibly and in compliance with traffic regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the hire period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The e-bikes are delivered in perfect condition <strong>and with a fully charged battery.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data protection<\/h2>\n\n<p>Your personal data is used <strong>solely for the purpose of managing your booking<\/strong> and is processed in accordance with our <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>, which is available on our website.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n<p>Any dispute arising from the rental shall be governed by Spanish law and the competent courts shall be those of <strong>Mallorca, Spain.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Acceptance of terms<\/h2>\n\n<p>By confirming the booking, the customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction Welcome to Edenk Mallorca.These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and rental of our e-bikes through our website edenkmallorca.es.By making a booking, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
